321 When we were assinged to do a book critique, I knew right away I was going to do a Nicholas Sparks novel. I have read all of his books, cried many tears and felt many emotions as I pictured the people falling in love, people doing heroic events and people living their normal life. I wasn’t sure which one I wanted to do, but I had to go with the book that affected me the most, The Notebook. The Notebook was the first novel written by Sparks and personally it is my favorite. He is a wonderful author who possesses the ability to have that deep heart felt emotion and love that many women search for in life. He wrote the book in such a way, that I as a female related to. I have felt the emotions Allie felt, I have been through the heart break, so relating and picturing events from The Notebook was never an issue for me, or maybe any other woman either. Of course I am a girl that love books about love and romance. It is a habit that every book I choose from the book store is about a type of realationshipa person. I guess its because I like to hear about other people relationships and see if they were similar to mine. I ran upon this particular book on accident while I was looking for a series of the Titanic in a bookstore. My auntie who already encountered the book in the past jestured that if I like the Titanic then I would love The Notebook. I really thought it was not going to interest me at all because of my aunties taste in books are not similar at all. I like books such as Zane and many other authors that are very vulgar in their books when it comes down to relationships but The Notebook's cover wasnt so intriguing at all for me to tempt to buy it. When I started to read the romance book, I could not put it down. I was glued to every page in that book until I reached the last chapter. The book forshadows a lot making the book rather confusing until you reach the falling action of the story. The book is basicly two stories in one but it coincides at...
